We have an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team in the Brisbane Head Office in Milton, supporting a large and exciting Queensland based project.

The Brigalow Peaking Power Plant project is a 400-megawatt natural gas power station located in Queensland's Western Downs.  Once completed, it will be capable of delivering energy to more than 150,000 homes during peak electricity demand periods, reinforcing power system reliability and complementing renewable energy. This represents an important step in supporting Australia’s evolving energy mix, and we are proud to play a role in that future.

The role of Recruitment Administrator will see you working in our Milton office, bringing your excellent administrative skills to support our blue collar recruitment team on a large scale project. 

What you will bring

  • Experience in recruitment administration (highly regarded but not essential)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volume requirements
  • Well-developed interpersonal communications skills
  • The ability to liaise confidently and professionally with the internal recruitment teams and candidates
  • A desire and enthusiasm to learn, and the ability to work cohesively in a team
  • A commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, new systems, and processes
