As part of our ongoing growth in the Heavy Lift Team, we are inviting expressions of interest from experienced Superintendent Crane Services for FIFO 2:1 opportunities. You will work closely with clients and project teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes on every project.

What you will bring:

• Supervise daily cranes/heavy lift activities on site.
• Ensure all cranes & heavy lifting work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and other discipline supervisors to ensure seamless workflow.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Inspect rigging installations and conduct quality checks to ensure workmanship and materials meet project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, logs, and documentation related to mechanical work progress and issues
• Previous experience in a Superintendent or senior site leadership role
• Strong shutdown or project experience in mining
• Mechanical trade or relevant industry background preferred
• Experience with mobile and fixed plant maintenance desirable
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
