Description & Requirements

Monadelphous is seeking multiple Welding Inspectors to provide quality support throughout our 2026 Onshore Shutdown requirements, located in Karratha, Western Australia. This role will see you play a pivotal part in our quality team, ensuring client specifications are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical advice and assistance to the team on all quality related activities
Ongoing implementation of sign off deliverables such as Inspect Test Plans, Field Inspection Check sheets and welding related documents
Perform relevant material inspections in accordance with governing standards and client specifications
Register complaints received and non-conformances identified
Liaise with client inspection representatives, undertaking routine surveillance
Compile MDR & quality assurance records and ensure qualification records are maintained and client approved

What you’ll bring:

Welding inspection or supervisor’s qualification preferred and in date. (Minimum WTIA IWI, CSWIP 3.1 or equivalent)
Relevant QA/QC experience within the Australian Oil and Gas sector
Knowledge of legislation and regulations relating to quality and their application to Monadelphous
Full Australian work rights, with no restrictions
Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
