Monadelphous Heavy Lift provide a world-class heavy lift service, with an extensive range of the state-of-the-art heavy lift cranes and equipment. We provide significant heavy lift and transport capability based on an owned-and-operated heavy crane fleet and specialist equipment. Supported by a specialist team in the heavy lift department, we can engineer, plan and execute large scale lifting and transport projects in Australia. Due to exponential growth, we are seeking a Travel & Mobilisation Administrator to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate interstate and international travel to various sites, including flights, accommodation and car hire
Point of contact for all travel related issues and concerns
Process tax invoices and expense claims
Organisation of PPE, ordering and collection for new personnel
Data entry including recording and updating employee information for compliance
Assist with mobilisation when required

What you’ll bring:

Previous experience in an administrative role and Intermediate Microsoft Suite knowledge
Good attention to detail with written & verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills
Confidence & maturity to liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Good organisational & time management. with a friendly & helpful work ethic
