As a key member of the broader Recruitment & Mobilisation function at Monadelphous, this role plays a vital part in ensuring the right people are deployed to the right projects across Australia. Monadelphous is, at its core, a people business. We train, develop, and mobilise highly skilled teams, and this position sits at the heart of that mission. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team of 6–8 mobilisation specialists, driving the seamless delivery of talent to multiple sites and supporting the operational success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the operations team to deliver a smooth and efficient onboarding and mobilisation process for employees.
  • Lead, mentor, and support team members to foster growth and collaboration. Monitor team performance, address challenges promptly, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure optimal staffing levels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Manage rostering adjustments and re-scheduling, ensuring timely communication of changes to site and operational teams.
  • Oversee high-volume mobilisation activities, meeting tight turnaround timeframes with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute accurate documentation, records, and correspondence.
  • Generate reports and track compliance to support effective workforce management.

  • Demonstrated experience in mobilisation, project coordination, or similar roles.
  • Strong leadership background with the ability to guide and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent time management skills with the flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities.
  • Highly organised with the ability to coordinate complex mobilisation requirements
