Description & Requirements

We're looking for a Supervisor - Inlec for ongoing campaign works up until December 2026. This role will see you supervising various offshore multi-trade crews on a 3:3 roster.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for execution, reporting (including productivity analysis) and safe completion of all project scopes.
Ensuring quality and safety of works (for both Monadelphous personnel and subcontractor) - directing and assisting team to organise places of work to ensure work is carried out to the required standards with a minimum of risk to personnel, the environment, equipment and materials
Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) as required.
Planning and organising work to meet contract schedule and maximise efficiency and productivity of the workforce. Conducting Risk assessments, preparing and ensuring permits are correct for task.
Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement.
Maximise time in the field – safety talks and interactions with crews. Completing own KPI’s and ensuring direct reports are also compliant.
Supervise, coach and mentor trade roles and direct reports.

What you’ll bring:

E&I Trade or Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, proven supervision experience in offshore Shutdowns would be highly regarded.
5 Years Offshore Experience or equivalent
Experience in shutdown environments
BOSIET / FOET & CA-EBS
MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card)
Proof of right to work in Australia
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
Licenses and Hazardous Areas qualification
