Description & Requirements

We are currently looking for a Supervisor to join our growing Heavy Lift Team, this role gives you the exposure to travel across multiple sites in WA. We are offering a flexible 2:1 position where you will work across our Shutdowns, Fixed Plant Scopes and Depots. This exciting opportunity offers the diversity to work across scopes when essential. Culture and team morale for our department is key and we are seeking someone who enjoys working in a close knit team and is inspired to supporting and mentoring those around them.

What you’ll bring:

Experience in supervising lifting operations
Experience in leading work crews and building a strong safety culture
Experience in shutdown and/or fixed plant scopes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid Australian Driver’s License
Proof of right to work in Australia
