The Opportunity
  • We are looking for someone who can demonstrate previous supervisory experience within the industry
  • The ability to demonstrate strong communication and deliver a message effectively
  • Your Committed to the safety, well-being and development of your employees
  • Sound knowledge of cranes, machinery and their operation
  • Your highly motivated and capable to work under pressure
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Your dedicated and flexible to travel to sites on an as-required basis

What you’ll bring:
  • Experience in leading work crews and building a strong safety culture
  • Experience in shutdown and/or fixed plant scopes preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid Australian Driver’s License
  • Proof of right to work in Australia
