The role of Senior HSE Advisor will see you joining our Heavy Lift team and working a FIFO 2:1 roster.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Provide HSE advice and support to the site team 
  • Conduct HSE audits, inspections, investigations and training/awareness sessions 
  • Completing Monadelphous and client HSE reporting
  • Uphold and communicate HSE standards, taking action to ensure ‘The Safe Way is The Only Way’ and implementing strategies to improve HSE performance 
  • Assist with the implementation of the HSE Management System and maintaining HSE registers 
  • Co-ordinate site-based risk management processes
  • Liaise with clients on HSE matters
  • Liaise and provide support to the project to ensure compliance with relevant HSE laws, regulations, company policies and guidelines

What you will bring:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a site based HSE role 
  • Diploma qualification in OHS 
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment preferred 
  • Applied First Aid Certificate 
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of Australian HSE legislation and industry standards 
  • Incident Investigation training 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Confident user of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
