Description & Requirements

We’re looking for a creative and organised Recruitment Marketing & Employer Brand Advisor to help us attract great people to our business. In this role, you’ll create engaging social media content, run recruitment advertising campaigns (mainly on social platforms), and work closely with our Recruitment and Marketing teams to bring our employer brand to life. You’ll help tell our story, promote our roles, and make sure the right people see the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and post recruitment content on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
Help plan and run paid recruitment advertising campaigns
Turn job needs and workforce plans into engaging content and campaigns
Work with teams across the business to collect photos, stories and content from sites and offices
Track how campaigns perform and use the results to improve future activity
Make sure all content is on brand and reflects who we are as an employer
Coordinate with external agencies and advertising partners when needed

What you’ll bring:

Must have digital marketing experience, particularly buying / managing digital marketing campaigns (across Meta, broader social media, Google adwords etc.)
Experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding or social media marketing
Confidence creating content (written and visual)
Experience running paid social media advertising campaigns
An organised, proactive approach and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Marketing automation and CRM experience advantageous
