Our Energy division is seeking a Rigging and Lifting Coordinator to join our well established and highly supportive team. This role will be based in our client’s office in the Perth CBD working Monday to Friday with ad-hoc travel to the client’s onshore facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery of Rigging and Lifting Support in line with processes (Lift plans) and schedule/cost objectives whilst maintaining compliance.
This role requires strong communication skills as demonstrated through managing and influencing multiple parties across functions to provide timely deliverables to achieve the required outcomes in the shutdown space.
Knowledge of the shutdown process to enable successful execution
Ability to manage multiple priorities and escalate when required
Responsible for delivering crane execution scopes as planned.
Responsible for tracking all crane execution activities against the shutdown process and readiness criteria
Attend site for pre-scoping, walk down of scope and Kick-off/start of major shutdowns as required.

What you’ll bring:

Relevant qualification, Advanced rigger preferred
Experience with crane or lifting equipment
Oil & Gas experience (Preferred)
SAP experience
Experience throughout work life cycle, input into work packs, planning/scheduling and site execution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
Proof of right to work in Australia
