Our Engineering Construction division is experiencing rapid growth and has a strong pipeline of upcoming projects. We are looking for an up-and-coming Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of E&I Infrastructure projects. This position will be Perth-based with occasional site travel managing the delivery of new Infrastructure works including Battery Storage, switchyard and a High Voltage distribution powerline installation works in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead an effective engineering, safety, construction & project service support team to deliver a culture of excellence in HSSE, quality, productivity, performance and innovation to successfully deliver the project
• Set and achieve excellent safety performance through driving operational safety awareness and intervention
• Manage project commercials, budgets/construction metrics, forecasting and change management
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external customers to ensure contractual requirements are met
• Effectively manage and provide leadership to the project team
• Lead from the front in promoting an innovative culture

What you’ll bring:

• A customer-centric mindset and strong value of safety
• Proven Project Management experience executing multidisciplinary projects
• Tertiary or Trade qualifications in a relevant discipline
• Proven leadership capabilities in building, developing and leading a cohesive and high-performance team
• An innovative approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and successful delivery methods
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively prepare correspondence, reports and instructions
• Sound knowledge working to AS/NZ ISO: 9001 Quality Standards, Electrical regulations and the Mines Act.
