Due to considerable growth across our business we have two exciting opportunities for skilled and motivated Marketing & Communications Advisors to join our team and help us deliver engaging internal and external communications. In this role, you’ll help share our stories using a mix of channels, work with a wide range of corporate and site-based stakeholders and support our strong brand and messaging. Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver written content relevant to a range of internal and external audiences, supporting the development of internal newsletters and social media content.
Develop compelling visual and presentation materials, working with our graphic designer to maintain brand integrity, for use in both corporate and site-based environments.
Build and execute communications plans to address specific business needs and opportunities.
Prepare written communications and materials on behalf of senior stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to continuously improve our marketing, communications and engagement activities.
Work with stakeholders of all levels to support their unique communications and marketing needs, including regional campaigns, events and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate videography and photography shoots, briefing and working with external suppliers.
Work with various teams and external providers to support planning, coordination and delivery of large-scale events.

What you’ll bring:

Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications
Outstanding communication skills, with a desire to continue learning
Approximately 2-5 years' experience in a similar communications or marketing role
Proficient in the MS Office Suite. Experience with HubSpot, SharePoint and social media for business is desirable but not essential
Confidence in managing multiple priorities
Proven ability to manage a range of stakeholders
Solid understanding of key communication principles, including best practice use of channels and development of key messaging
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams
