Description & Requirements

Join the Monadelphous Health, Safety and Environment Graduate Program and embark on a dynamic two-year journey designed to accelerate your professional development and provide you with real-world experience. Throughout the program, you will gain exposure to various business areas and the chance to rotate across different functions to broaden your skills.

As a Graduate, you will have:

• Ongoing support from a Divisional HSE Manager and Graduate buddy.

• Receive ongoing development through structured Learning & Development modules, workshops, and courses.

• Benefit from regular catchups with the Graduate Team and the chance to network with peers at our annual Graduate Forum.

• Develop leadership skills and contribute to real-world projects that drive innovation within the industry.

• Rotations through various business areas, to broaden your skills and explore different career paths within the company.

Through completion of the program, graduates will:

• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver HSE initiatives and campaigns.

• Provide health, safety and environmental support to Business Units.

• Identify trends and/or targeted initiatives from HSE reports and data.

• Preparation of Toolbox material, HSE presentations and workshops.

• Conduct HSE Incident investigations.

• Actively engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders including General Managers and HSE Managers.

What you’ll bring:

* Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency.

* Must be studying or have completed an Undergraduate Degree (Bachelor’s) in Australia in Health, Safety and Environment.

* Previous work experience within your chosen field through internships or equivalent is highly desirable.

* A passion for the work we do and the desire to gain hands-on experience.
