Join the Monadelphous Graduate Program and embark on a dynamic two-year journey to launch your engineering career. As a Graduate, you'll work on real projects, gaining hands-on experience in a Project Engineer role. You’ll work both on-site and in the office between projects, collaborating closely with your team to gain hands-on experience in project delivery and management.
You will assist with project delivery and provide technical and administrative support across the Rail Division.
As a Graduate, you will have:
- Opportunity to work on-site, gaining practical experience in project engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and responding to Tenders and RFQs.
- Coordinate and organise project activities to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Support procurement processes, including supplier engagement and material sourcing.
- Develop and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for compliance.
- Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and clarify variations.
- Oversee Quality Assurance processes, including document control and compliance checks.
- Provide technical and administrative support to the Project Engineer, Rail Superintendent, and site supervisors.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Basic understanding of rail infrastructure projects (preferred but not essential).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn project management tools.
