Due to rapid growth within our Engineering Construction division, Monadelphous are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Manager to join the team and play an integral part in the successful delivery of a major Oil and Gas project.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Project Manager, project services and support teams to deliver a culture of excellence in HSSE, quality, productivity, performance and innovation to successfully deliver the project
Foster relationships with internal and external customers to ensure contractual requirements are met
Effectively manage and provide leadership to work teams
Lead from the front in promoting an innovative culture
Set and achieve excellent safety performance through driving operational safety awareness and intervention

What you’ll bring:

A customer-centric mindset and strong value of safety
Proven site-based experience in a similar capacity executing major $100M+ resource construction contracts for a Tier 1 contractor
An Electrical trade or Engineering qualification, with an understanding of managing large scale multi-disciplinary workforces
Proven leadership capabilities in building, developing and leading a cohesive and high-performance team
An innovative approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and successful delivery methods
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively prepare correspondence, reports and instructions
Sound knowledge working to AS/NZ ISO: 9001 Quality Standards
