Our Group IT team is seeking a Systems Administrator to join us at our Head Offices in Victoria Park. Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Lead, this role is ideal for a professional, adaptable, and forward-thinking individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure day to day operation, administration and support of the group IT platform
• Manage infrastructure and cloud environments to maintain availability, performance, and security
• Implement and control changes in line with ITIL processes
• Be a key point of escalation to resolve technical issues
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and IT teams
• Support and engage with a diverse customer base from both office and site based locations

What you’ll bring:

• Great customer service and communication
• Demonstrated ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service capability
• Windows Server and Active Directory
• Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 / Office 365, Nutanix, PowerShell
• Other desirable but not essential skills include: Citrix, Cisco and / or Meraki Networking
