Due to an internal promotion, we are pleased to announce an opportunity for a Divisional Senior Management Accountant at Monadelphous, based at our Head Office in Victoria Park. This role is ideal for a highly organised, detail-oriented professional who thrives on continuous improvement and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. Reporting directly to the Divisional Commercial Manager as the 2IC, the successful candidate will lead a Management Accountant and have high visibility within the Senior Management team of this highly regarded ASX-listed company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and analysing monthly revenue, WIP, and forecast reporting
• Monthly Management Reporting and journal preparation
• Monthly Board Reporting
• Overhead analysis
• Annual insurance review
• Assisting with Annual Budget preparation

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce, or related field
• CA or CPA accreditation highly regarded
• Ability to adapt to different situations and organise priorities autonomously to meet deadlines
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to mentor, work independently and as part of a team
• JDE experience beneficial
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and an eye for detail
