Description & Requirements

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Group IT team at our Head Offices in Victoria Park. You'll report to the Business Systems Lead and will be responsible for supporting and enhancing core business platforms to improve operational efficiency. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyse business needs, optimise workflows, and deliver system enhancements and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer & Optimise the Recruitment Platform: Manage platform configuration, workflows, automation, and performance to ensure reliable, scalable and positive business outcomes
  • Implement Best Practices: Work within an ITIL framework to manage IT changes, safeguarding business operations from disruptions and maintaining a high level of service delivery.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Build strong working relationships with business users to understand requirements and translate them into practical business outcomes.
  • Support a Diverse User Base: Provide high quality support to a wide range of customers, both in our office and at various site locations, adapting to different needs and environments.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with other teams to integrate and optimise our systems, driving innovation and ensuring seamless service across the organisation.
What you’ll bring:
  • Hands on experience administering and developing within an enterprise talent platform (experience with Avature highly regarded).
  • Practical experience using Python and relational databases (e.g. MySQL) to build automation, workflows, and data-driven solutions.
  • Experience working with web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to configure and enhance user interfaces.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-focused, detail-oriented approach.
  • A strong willingness to learn new systems, adapt to evolving technologies and processes, and continuously enhance systems capability and personal technical skills.
