Monadelphous

We’re recruiting a Turnaround Coordinator to join our offshore Energy team in Perth. This role will act as the key focal point in overall coordination of Turnaround planning and execution. This is a permanent position, based in our client's office in Perth CBD with occasional Pre-Turnaround travel offshore, and offshore attendance a requirement during the Turnaround event.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the organisation and management of the Monadelphous offshore workforce and establish and maintain key client relationships.
• Overall planning and field execution of all scope in their area of responsibility and ensures turnaround activities are executed safely, efficiently and in accordance with approved premises, work processes, and standards.
• Interface management with all client/MEA and execution contractors. Coordinate with the work preparer/planners/schedulers during the planning phase and work closely with field Coordinators, Supervision, Contractors, Client Operations, Project and Discipline Engineering Groups.
• Proactively manage all TA activities accordingly and ensure all line management/leadership fully embrace and demonstrate HSE values, culture and ways of working.
• Develops and owns resource planning and scheduling for their area of responsibility. Works with Turnaround, Maintenance and recruitment teams to ensure that appropriate resources are dedicated to the planning and execution of TA.

What you’ll bring:

• Relevant trade or engineering qualification
• Significant and relevant offshore facilities’ turnaround / shutdown experience
• Excellent working knowledge of trades and disciplines in a multidisciplinary environment, including safe control of work practises, work pack development and their implementation activities.
• A demonstrable working knowledge of all aspects of offshore installations’, Supply Chain, Marine Logistics, Quality Management systems, HSSE systems and Personnel Management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
• Understanding of people and team management activities
