Monadelphous is seeking a Senior Project Engineer – Civil to support our operations in the West Pilbara. The role is responsible for providing comprehensive engineering support the projects, including tasks such as leading the team, building client relationships, preparing high quality reporting and defining scope of work.

Key Responsibilities:

Management of Civil subcontractors
Providing direction and advice to Civil Project Engineers
Manage data and reporting to assist with calculation of claims
Implement strategy to build civil's capability within the team

What you’ll bring:

Tertiary qualifications in an engineering discipline
Previous on-site experience
Strong technical knowledge with an ability to influence scope development and adapt to changing conditions
Strong understanding of project budgeting
Demonstrated problem solving ability and excellent communication skills
Proof of right to work in Australia
