As a key member of the broader Recruitment & Mobilisation function at Monadelphous, this role plays a vital part in ensuring the right people are deployed to the right projects across Australia. Monadelphous is, at its core, a people business. We train, develop, and mobilise highly skilled teams, and this position sits at the heart of that mission. Reporting to the Mobilisation Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating ongoing travel arrangements for our employees
End to end tasks to facilitate smooth mobilisation and demobilisation staff
Organisation of onboarding inductions, training & medical requirements
Communication between operations, site and Perth based teams
Maintaining compliance records for our clients

What you’ll bring:

At least 5 year of experience in mobilisation. Heavy Lift experience is preferred
Strong interpersonal and computer based skills
Passion for working in a team environment
Sound knowledge of client requirements
Great attention to detail
