Monadelphous is currently seeking a Rigging/Scaffolding Work Pack Preparer to join our Energy division. The role will see you working form our client office in the Perth CBD, supporting the work pack preparation for scaffolding/rigging scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble executable work packages as part of the Maintenance Execution (ME) work processes
• Track and monitor work orders generated from Preventive Maintenance (PM) programme or from Corrective Maintenance (CM) requests raised in the system
• Monitor delivery dates and in turn notifying Scheduler of readiness of work packs for scheduling and execution
• Maintain a clear overview of the date constraints continually to ensure work packs are ready for schedule
• Interface with operations for work prioritization; with scheduler on parts delivery and execution readiness; integrated asset planning for bundling of activities and Discipline support

What you’ll bring:

• Relevant Access certifications (e.g. Rigging, Scaffolding and Rope Access).
• Proven experience within the oil and gas or refinery industries (within Offshore and Turnaround capacity is essential)
• Strong level of communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate to varying stakeholder levels
• Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP system
• Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel)
