Monadelphous is looking for a Rigging/Scaffolding Coordinator to join our offshore Energy division on a Monday to Friday basis in Perth and with adhoc offshore travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering and outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information in relation to offshore rigging and scaffold requirements
• Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) regarding rigging and scaffolding activities
• Planning and organising work to meet Shutdown schedule and maximise efficiency and productivity of the workforce. Conducting Risk assessments, preparing and ensuring permits are correct for task
• Development and coordination or scaffold work packs and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution
• Development and coordination or Lift plans and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution
• Coordinating shutdown activities in accordance with client procedures and standard, to a shutdown schedule
• Maintaining and developing a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP
• Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account rigging and scaffolding materials, resourcing and equipment procurement

What you’ll bring:

• Current High Risk Workers Licence RA & SA
• Willingness to travel to site as per business requirements
• Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP
• Proof of right to work in Australia
• Valid Australian Driver’s License
• Supervision and/or planning experience in offshore rigging and scaffolding work scopes
• Experience in an offshore shutdown turnaround environment
