Description & Requirements

The role of Recruitment Support Officer will see you supporting the recruitment, mobilization and on boarding functions for various projects and business units. You will be paired with a team of Recruitment Specialists and will aid them with the delivery of high volume trades-based candidates for various projects across Western Australia.

Please note that our office will close on the 20th of December 2024 and all application will be reviewed in the new year.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing a high volume of candidate onboarding and mobilization requests to multiple sites throughout WA (BHP, Rio Tinto and others).
Conduct reference checking and booking pre-employment medicals.
Review, book and coordinate employee qualifications and training to ensure compliance is met.
Adhere to tight timeframes and moving deadlines to ensure project requirements are met.
Maintenance of personal information and compliance in Recruitment Database (Avature).
Provide high level of candidate care and service to ensure a smooth, timely and professional onboarding.
Ensure employee and internal stakeholders are updated on mobilization dates and requirements.
