Our recruitment team consists of 100+ people across our Perth and Brisbane offices, we go above and beyond daily for our candidates and deliver a high volume of quality hires each month to ensure Monadelphous always delivers for our customers. We consider recruitment as the 'engine room' to Monadelphous and due to continued growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team.

In this role, you will source and generate a high volume of suitable candidates through defined sourcing channels. You’ll join an experienced team of recruiters, supporting them by making outbound calls, finding suitable candidates for a variety of exciting construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Generation of candidates. Use our database, pipelines and advert response to generate a high volume of suitable candidates.
High level of candidate engagement through outbound calling where you will discuss available job opportunities, assess suitability and gauge interest
Phone Screening and Interview a high volume of trades candidates understanding their experience and suitability to join Monos
Manage candidate records, updating and growing the number of suitable candidates within our database.
