Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance and shutdown works to the Energy Division. Our delivery of high-quality work within the Energy sector has earnt us a solid reputation and enviable relationship with some of the industry's leading operators.


Our Energy division is seeking a Mechanical Coordinator. This role will be based in our client’s office in the Perth CBD from Monday to Friday and some ad-hoc offshore travel will be required throughout the year.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering and outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information in relation to maintenance requirements
  • Liaison with client representatives, supplier representatives, sub-contractors and Monadelphous.
  • Building campaign work packs and ensure materials meet schedule and execution time frame
  • Coordinating maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and  standards, through to implementation of maintenance execution plans
  • Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement
  • Maintaining and developing a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP
  • Arrange vendor mobilisation and ensure relevant competencies are up to date
  • Contribute to scope review, challenges and lock sessions for upcoming campaigns

What you will bring

  • Mechanical trade or engineering qualification
  • Rotating Equipment knowledge
  • Knowledge and experience working in an onshore or offshore maintenance environment 
  • Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP system
  • Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
  • A willingness to travel to site as per business requirements
  • Desirable but not essential: P6 planning tool experience
