INLEC Work Pack Preparer

We’re recruiting full-time INLEC Work Pack Preparer to join our Energy team in Perth This role will be responsible for executing maintenance work safely and efficiently in time with the right quality at optimal cost. Key responsibilities of the role include:

· Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering and outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information in relation to onshore maintenance requirements.  

- Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) as required.

· Development and coordination of INLEC work packs resource estimations and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution

· Coordinating maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standard, through to implementation of maintenance execution plans. 

· Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement

· Maintaining and developing a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP

What you’ll bring:

· Electrical trade or engineering qualification

- Willingness to travel to site as per business requirements

· Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP 

· Valid Australian Driver’s License

· Proof of right to work in Australia
