We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Advisor to join our HR Advisory team. This is a permanent full-time position based at our Victoria Park head office. This role has been created due to ongoing growth within the Company. We are looking for someone flexible and adaptable, who can work across a variety of teams and managers. The role reports into the Divisional HR Manager, where you will play an integral role within the HR team, providing both strategic and operational partnering across a wide range of HR activities including remuneration and benefits, employee engagement, performance management, workplace investigations, change management, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality Employee Relations advice and expertise to support leaders across our business
• Develop and deliver HR services that align with business needs and priorities
• Support the development and implementation of HR strategies focused on continuous improvement, employee retention, and professional development
• Lead key HR processes while partnering with other HR functions including remuneration and benefits, payroll, recruitment, learning and development, organisational development, HR administration, and industrial relations to deliver activities associated with the lifecycle of employment, from onboarding to offboarding, remuneration and benefits reviews, performance management, and talent management initiatives
• This role is a very hands-on role with responsibility to work closely with Operational Management on workforce planning and talent allocation
• Prepare and present analysis of remuneration and other HR data to inform business decisions
• Participate in delivery of internal learning and development for managers and peers

What you’ll bring:

• Demonstrated success in delivering generalist HR support and advice; experience at a senior level is highly regarded
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent, with experience in Human Resources and/or Industrial/Employee Relations
• Experience within the resources and/or infrastructure industries is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to excellent customer service
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
• A collaborative mindset, with the confidence to challenge current practices and contribute new ideas
• The ability to challenge and positively influence others in a constructive and professional manner
• A passion for supporting people and driving continuous improvement with fresh perspectives
