Description & Requirements

  • As part of our ongoing growth in the HSE Team, we are inviting expressions of interest from experienced HSE Lead for FIFO 2:1 opportunities. In this role, you will report into the HSE manager . You will work closely with clients and project teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes on every project.

    What you will bring:


  • Diploma Qualifications in OH&S, HSEQ, Risk Management or related area is essential (Degree desirable – minimum requirement Cert IV OHS).

  • Sound knowledge of HSE legislation, industry and best-practice standards and their relevance to the group.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working in the Mining, Oil & Gas, or Civil sectors.

  • Experience working within a multi-cultural workforce is desirable.

  • Proven experience in a senior HSE role, ideally within the mining, resources or construction sectors.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of HSE legislation and standards.

  • Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent); diploma qualifications are highly regarded.

  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Understanding of what drive cultural excellence within a team

  • Ability to communicate effectively at different levels to achieve positive outcomes both internally within our business and with our clients.
