As part of our ongoing growth in the HSE Team, we are seeking an experienced HSE Lead or a motivated Senior HSE Advisor, to join us on a FIFO 2:1 position in our Engineering & Construction (Major Projects) division in the Pilbara, WA. In this role, you will report into the Project Manager whilst working closely with our clients and project teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes on every project.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach and mentor the on-site HSE team
Provide HSE guidance to senior management and the project leadership team
Review and update project specific HSE management plans and construction risk assessments
Ensure compliance with relevant HSE laws, regulations, company and client standards and guidelines
Analyse and track significant trends, leading and lagging to identify areas of risk at a project level
Support HSE training and development programs
Coordinate ongoing TNA reviews and updates with client and corporate teams

What you’ll bring:

Minimum 5-7 years' experience in an HSE role within the Mining, Oil & Gas, or Civil sectors
Minimum Cert IV in OHS qualification required, or higher
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated strong leadership and team management skills
