We’re recruiting for a Fabric Maintenance Coordinator to join our Energy team in Perth. This role will be responsible for supporting the execution of maintenance work safely and efficiently ensuring the right quality and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivery of FM Fabrication maintenance services in line with client processes and schedule/cost objectives whilst maintaining compliance with client Planned Entry Criteria, Contract HSSE, Quality and Employee Relations Management Plan
- Developing FM Fabrication Campaign work packs, resourcing materials/equipment, planning, scheduling & coordinating the campaign for execution.
- Focal point for WRAPS scope coordination and execution, interface with engineering for WRAPS management and tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of Permits, Risk Assessments and HAZOPS/HAZIDS as required.
- Liaise with Engineering, Vendors and Suppliers as required for progression of work scopes.
- Attend offshore sites for pre-scoping, walk down of scope and Kick-off/start of major campaigns as required.
- Attend After-Action Reviews (AAR) and produce lessons learned.
- Facilitate vendor kick-off & readiness meetings for larger scopes.
- Raise MOC/TSR as required to update systems, processes, Bill of materials and SAP master data.
- Demonstrate commitment to and drive a culture of strict compliance with the Monadelphous principle of The Safe Way is the Only Way.
- Participate and engage in safety interactions with crew and field leadership.
- Work closely with onsite Supervisors to Maintain Campaign compliance to plan.
- Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned.
What you’ll bring:
- Relevant coatings or insulation trade or Engineering Qualification. Strong experience in coating, insulation and fireproofing application, supervision and/or inspection.
- Extensive working knowledge and experience with SAP PM (required).
- Oil & Gas experience, preferably offshore (desirable).
- Experience throughout work life cycle, building work packs, planning/scheduling and site execution.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate across all levels.
- Proof of right to work in Australia.
