The Opportunity:
Our Group IT team is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join us on a Fixed Term Contract at our Head Offices in Victoria Park. Reporting to the Team Leader – Group Business Systems, this role is ideal for a professional, adaptable, and forward-thinking individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Systems: Take charge of the day-to-day operation, administration, and support of our Group business systems and applications, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Implement Best Practices: Work within an ITIL framework to manage IT changes, safeguarding business operations from disruptions and maintaining a high level of service delivery.
  • Be a Problem Solver: Act as a key escalation point, applying your technical expertise to resolve complex issues quickly, minimising downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships and maintain clear, effective communication with key stakeholders to keep them informed and supported, enhancing their experience with our IT services.
  • Support a Diverse User Base: Provide top-tier support to a wide range of customers, both in our office and at various site locations, adapting to different needs and environments.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with other IT teams to integrate and optimise our systems, driving innovation and ensuring seamless service across the organisation.

What You Will Bring:
  • Technical Expertise: Ideally, you have experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint Online, or similar platforms, and a solid understanding of Microsoft Windows Server or equivalent systems. Your ability to learn quickly and adapt will enable you to manage and optimise our business systems effectively.
  • System Management Skills: A solid background in supporting and managing business systems and applications, ensuring they remain reliable and efficient.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Experience working within a multi-disciplined IT team, where you have successfully collaborated with others to achieve common goals and drive projects forward.
  • Effective Communicator: Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills, which will help you build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring everyone stays informed and aligned.
