As Team Leader – Business Analysis, you’ll lead and coach a team delivering high-impact digital transformation projects, shaping excellence in how business analysis is applied across the organisation. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and coaching to the Business Analysis team, ensuring consistency in delivery and the ongoing development of team capability
• Define and embed business analysis best practices aligned to our IT project delivery framework to enhance the quality of project deliverables
• Support with developing compelling business cases which justify the delivery of new solutions and enhancements
• Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders to define, measure, and track business benefits, providing insight into the value achieved by projects
• Support resolution of complex business problems by facilitating workshops and promoting collaborative decision-making among stakeholders
• Engage with stakeholders to understand current and future IT initiatives, including multi-year projects, to support understanding of priorities and inform budget and investment decisions
• Drive continuous improvement across Business Analysis by identifying opportunities to refine processes, tools and practices

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in leading a Business Analysis team in a multi-stakeholder organisation
• Proven ability in setting quality standards and coaching a team to deliver consistently against them
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
• Deep understanding of business analysis techniques, process improvement and IT project delivery
• A proactive, outcomes-focused working style
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills
