Monadelphous Heavy Lift provide a world-class heavy lift service, with an extensive range of the state-of-the-art heavy lift cranes and equipment. We provide significant heavy lift and transport capability based on an owned-and-operated heavy crane fleet and specialist equipment. Supported by a specialist team in the heavy lift department, we can engineer, plan and execute large scale lifting and transport projects in Australia. We are seeking a motivated and positive Mobilisation Team Lead to join our team in the Vic Park office.

Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Partner with the Heavy Lift Operations team to deliver a smooth and efficient onboarding and mobilisation process for employees.
⦁ Lead, mentor, and support team members to foster growth and collaboration.
⦁ Monitor team performance, address challenges promptly, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
⦁ Collaborate across teams to ensure optimal staffing levels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
⦁ Manage rostering adjustments and re-scheduling, ensuring timely communication of changes to site and operational teams.
⦁ Oversee high-volume mobilisation activities, meeting tight turnaround timeframes with accuracy and efficiency.
⦁ Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
⦁ Prepare, maintain, and distribute accurate documentation, records, and correspondence.
⦁ Generate reports and track compliance to support effective workforce management.

What you’ll bring:
⦁ Demonstrated experience in mobilisation, project coordination, or similar roles.
⦁ Strong leadership background with the ability to guide and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
⦁ Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and adaptability in dynamic environments.
⦁ Excellent time management skills with the flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities.
⦁ Highly organised with the ability to coordinate complex mobilisation requirements.
⦁ Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and team-oriented approach.
⦁ Proficient in advanced computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office suite.
