We provide significant heavy lift and transport capability based on an owned-and-operated heavy crane fleet and specialist equipment. Supported by a specialist team in the heavy lift department, we can engineer, plan and execute large scale lifting and transport projects in Australia. Due to exponential growth, we are seeking a motivated and positive Team Lead / Senior Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team in the Vic Park office.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the heavy lift operations and your team to offer a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process to our employee
Lead and mentor team members
Monitor progress, address challenges, and provide timely updates to senior leadership
Collaborate with other team members to deliver appropriate staffing levels within a dynamic environment
Re-scheduling and adapting rostering changes, ensuring communication of changes to site and operational team
Working with very high volumes of mobilisation of workforce employees within a fast turnaround timeframe
Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Preparing and maintaining accurate information and correspondence
Reporting to effectively manage compliance

What you’ll bring:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in mobilisation, project coordination, or related roles
Proven leadership experience and the ability to manage cross-functional teams
Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to change
Capable to develop and maintain professional interpersonal skills with all personnel and stakeholders
Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure training, inductions, and competencies are up to date prior to mobilisation
Time management skills and your flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
High organisational skills to coordinate mobilisation requirements
Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, organisational, and a team focused mentality
Ensure compliance with site-specific requirements for Fortescue, BHP, Woodside, and Rio Tinto
Advanced computer skills, particularly with the use of the Microsoft Office suite
