High Energy Service (HES), a Monadelphous Business, is currently seeking a motivated Project Coordinator (Resources & Logistics).

Based at our Wangara facility, this full-time Monday - Friday role supports Client Managers and operational teams to plan, coordinate and allocate resources across high voltage maintenance, shutdown and project activities.

What You’ll Bring

You’re practical, organised and comfortable working across different teams to get outcomes. You can manage competing priorities and are confident stepping in to resolve issues when they come up.

You will bring:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in project coordination, administration or scheduling support
• Exposure to mining, maintenance or industrial environments (highly regarded)
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Clear communication and ability to build strong working relationships
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel & Word
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Right to work in Australia·

Key Responsibilities

• Provide coordination and administrative support to Client Managers and operational teams
• Support planning, scheduling and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution of works
• Assist with mobilisation and coordination of labour, plant and equipment
• Prepare and manage job documentation, records and registers to ensure readiness for execution
• Track work progress, schedules and resource requirements
• Coordinate across internal teams to support effective job allocation and delivery
• Assist with quoting, invoicing and project close-out activities
• Maintain accurate records and ensure effective use of HES systems
• Support debtor follow-up and commercial administrative activities
