Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and structural, mechanical and piping works. Due to continual growth, we are seeking a hardworking, proactive Project Administrator to become a key part of our Port Hedland team based in Perth on a 8:6 roster. As an organised and positive team member, you will provide high level administrative support, payroll and mobilisation functions to the teams.

What you will bring

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Experience in mobilisation 
  • Good time management, multitasking and prioritisation skills
  • Experience with payroll
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Sound understanding of Microsoft Office products
  • A focus on providing outstanding customer service
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and dedication to ongoing professional development
