Monadelphous

Monadelphous is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our Mining & Minerals North West Division. This is a full time opportunity with our Port & East Pilbara team based in Newman. Ideally you are passionate about customer service, take pride in your organisational skills and have good commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing payroll processes and coordinating timesheet submissions
• Engaging with clients and providing general administrative support
• Supporting cost control efforts across operational areas
• Assisting with procurement activities and supplier coordination
• Ensuring site access requirements are checked and met
• Handling reception duties and coordinating deliveries

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in a similar within mining & resources
• Experience preparing, submitting, and following up on claims
• Prior experience organising flight bookings and accommodation for yard crew
• Advanced computer literacy, particularly with the use of the Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent time management skills and your flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
