Monadelphous is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our Mining & Minerals North West operations. This is a full time opportunity on an 5:2 4:3 roster based in Newman with our Port and East Pilbara divison. Ideally you are passionate about customer service, take pride in your organisational skills and can foster communication between our site teams and the rostering team

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing payroll processes and coordinating timesheet submissions
• Engaging with clients and providing general administrative support
• Supporting efforts across operational areas
• Assisting with procurement activities and supplier coordination
• Ensuring site access requirements are checked and met
• Handling administration duties and coordinating deliveries on site

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in a similar role within mining & resources sector
• FIFO experience is desirable
• Experience with cost control and procurement is desirable
• Prior experience organising flight bookings and accommodation for yard crew
• Advanced computer literacy, particularly with the use of the Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent time management skills and your flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Familiar with BHP systems
