Monadelphous

Monadelphous is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our Mining & Minerals North West. This is a permanent opportunity, Monday to Friday based in Victoria Park office. Reporting to the Senior Project Administrator. You will utilise your strong communication skills by liaising with various sites to ensure we meet operational requirements, with a focus on mobilisation and crew retention. Ideally you are passionate about customer service, take pride in your organisational skills and can foster communication between our site teams and the rostering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• End to end mobilisation process
• Providing regular updates on mobilisation progress to operational stakeholders
• Mobilising a high volume of candidates across multiple upcoming shutdown, projects and rosters
• Organising medicals, training, booking flight and accommodation, site inductions and entry, organising PPE

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Ability to manage a high workload
• Experience with ERMS, CMS, Success Factor, Pegasus, AMEX and Workflow will be advantageous
• Advanced computer literacy, particularly with the use of the Microsoft Office suite
