Description & Requirements

Monadelphous are seeking an experienced QAQC professional to join our PNG Operations team for an 8-month contract commencing October 2025, based on site in Papua New Guinea on a FIFO 4:4 roster.

Reporting to the Superintendent, this position will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Monadelphous Quality Management policy, system, and strategies with a particular focus on quality control on site in PNG.

What you will bring:

Australian recognised Trade Certificate
AS1796 Cert 10 welding supervisor
5+ years’ experience working with process plant piping in the oil and gas sector, mining or water sectors
Live line welding experience (highly regarded)
Experience working in PNG or other expat experience (highly regarded)
Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
Proof of right to work in Australia and a valid passport
