Description & Requirements

Monadelphous are seeking a highly motivated E&I Supervisor to join our PNG Operations team for an 8-month contract commencing October 2025, based on site in Papua New Guinea on a FIFO 4:2 roster.

Reporting to the Superintendent, this position will be responsible for supervising E&I project scopes; planning, coordinating, supervising and assisting with daily activities of work crews; ensuring compliance with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements; and ensuring that the quality, production, and environmental requirements of the project are met.

What you will bring:

Demonstrable experience as an E&I Supervisor in oil and gas, mining or water sectors
Cert III in Electro Technology, Cert III in Instrumentation, EEHA Certification and a current Australian Electrical License
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience using digital completions systems and Utime (highly regarded)
Strong time management skills and demonstrable experience achieving tight deadlines
Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment
Proof of right to work in Australia and a valid passport
Experience working in PNG or Internationally (preferred)
