Monadelphous has been operating in New South Wales since 2000 and is well-established as a local business. Our NSW regional operations provide a full range of services including comprehensive on and offsite fabrication and mechanical services.


An opportunity exists for a highly motivated Project Manager to our join our NSW Operations Team managing multiple sites across the Hunter Valley Region.

Key responsibilities will include.
  • Planning and leading the overall execution of all project functions.
  • Ensuring project quality is aligned with statutory and client requirements.
  • Preparation and management of project budgets, cost control, contracts and scheduling.
  • Fostering and managing customer relationships
  • Management of labour and supervision to ensure efficient utilisation.
  • Manage multiple projects achieving high performance.

What you will bring
  • Extensive operational, construction or maintenance background within the resources industry
  • Strong Client Relationships
  • Dragline and Shovels experience an advantage but not essential.
  • An innovative approach to continuous improvement and successful delivery methods
  • Strong understanding in commercials, budgets/construction metrics, estimating, forecasting and change management (involving changes to scope, quantities and timeframes)
  • Diploma level Project Management qualification preferred but not essential.
  • Quality and completions knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
