Monadelphous has been operating in New South Wales since 2000 and is well-established as a local business. Our NSW regional operations provide a full range of services including comprehensive on and offsite fabrication and mechanical services. 


Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our NSW Operations on a permanent basis. 


This is a local role which will see you working on a 4 day/week roster, 12 hour shifts
on one of our major CHPP sites in the Hunter Valley Region. 

You will carry out a wide range of tasks from planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews, working closely with the customer, ensuring compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE requirements through to ensuring that the quality, production and environmental requirements of the project are met.

What you will bring 

  • Minimum 12 months experience as a trade-based Supervisor 
  • Australian recognised Trades qualification - Mechanical Fitter
  • CHPP and shut down experience preferred.
  • Glencore Generic Induction an advantage
  • Experience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet project requirements. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • A proven track record in effective health and safety management on site
  • Open Drivers Licence.
  • Proof of Right to work in Australia.
