Description & Requirements

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our Chinchilla Operations team on a permanent basis.

This is a key leadership role where you will oversee mechanical activities and lead a multidisciplinary team across multiple sites in the Surat Basin.

Key responsibilities will include:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of mechanical crews.
Ensure compliance with Monadelphous, client, and legislative HSE requirements.
Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of shutdown tasks.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental performance.
Lead by example and foster a positive team culture.

What you will bring:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a site-based supervisor role.
Australian Mechanical trade qualification.
Proven experience supervising mechanical teams.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, rotating equipment.
Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and manage resources effectively.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to deliver under tight shutdown deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working rights in Australia.
