Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our Chinchilla team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for Electrical Leading Hands who are looking to transition into a supervisor role.

This is a hands on leadership opportunity where you’ll build on your existing experience, guide electrical teams, and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities will include:

Supervise, mentor and support electrical tradespersons and trade assistants
Allocate and manage day to day work scopes during shutdown activities
Liaise with client representatives to plan tasks, provide updates and resolve issues
Lead the team with a hands on, safety first approach

What you will bring:

3 years’ supervisory experience or 5 years as Electrical Leading Hand in the Oil & Gas sector (highly desirable).
QLD Electrical Trade qualification and current electrical licence.
Current EEHA certification.
Demonstrated experience managing electrical teams.
Strong planning, scheduling and resource management skills.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced shutdown environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
