About The Role

We are currently seeking experienced and local Boilermakers with IRATA qualifications (Level 1-3). The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering maintenance and project support to our Rio Tinto - Yarwun site in the Gladstone region. There are permanent and casual positions available with some overtime opportunities. There are various rosters on offer including night shift and weekend work.

What you will bring

• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (Boilermaker)
• Ability to pass 3G and 4G MMAW and FCAW plate tests
• IRATA Certification - Level 1-3 
• High Risk Work Licence (Preference for WP, DG, LF)
• Working at Heights Training (within 2 years)
• Confined Space Entry Training (within 2 years)
• First Aid certificate with current CPR (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
• Proof of right to work in Australia
