Monadelphous is currently seeking a Mechanical Superintendent to provide project management support for a major construction project in QLD.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the project teams to deliver a culture of excellence in HSSE, quality, productivity and performance.
Foster relationships with internal and external customers to ensure contractual requirements are met.
Effectively manage and provide leadership to the onsite supervisors and trades team.
Assisting with planning and scheduling the scope of work, whilst ensuring works remain in line with the project budget.
Identify and manage risk and changes in project requirements to ensure successful project delivery.
Lead safety culture, initiatives and performances.
Ensure project compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

What you’ll bring:

Extensive experience in a Superintendent role, managing and coordinating a multi-disciplinary team and supervision onsite.
Construction industry experience desirable.
Excellent working knowledge of trades and disciplines involved in project operations.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate others.
Excellent people and leadership skills including the ability to facilitate collaboration between teams, whilst working autonomously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to ensuring a safe working environment.
Committed to a FIFO roster (2/1) during the construction phase of the project
