Monadelphous is seeking a highly motivated and organised Workforce Management Team Lead to support our Coastal and West Pilbara operations. In this role, you will lead a team of mobilisation professionals, overseeing the mobilisation of personnel across multiple projects and shutdowns in the Karratha region, ensuring compliance, coordination, and strong engagement with both internal stakeholders and external customers. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mobilisation professional already in a leadership role, or for someone motivated to take the next step in their career and further develop their leadership capabilities.

What you’ll bring:
  • 5+ years’ experience in a workforce mobilisation or rostering role within the resources sector is preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience in a team leadership role is preferred
  • Experience with Rio Tinto client systems is essential
  • Highly experienced in end-to-end mobilisation processes, including booking medicals, training, inductions, PPE, flights, accommodation, and site access in accordance with Rio Tinto requirements and processes
  • Ability to lead and support a small team, including people management, team planning and forecasting, auditing, and employee training and development
  • A strong customer-service focus and ability to work collaboratively with site-based Operational and Workforce Management teams, as well as other support functions, to deliver a seamless onboarding and mobilisation experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity
  • Advanced computer literacy, particularly with the use of the Microsoft Office suite
