Description & Requirements

Monadelphous Mining and Minerals North West is seeking a new Structural Integrity Superintendent to support the next phase of our major Structural Integrity Project on behalf of Rio Tinto. This role entails managing and coordinating day to day execution activities, whilst operating as a key leadership point for all personnel on site. You will be responsible for multiple disciplines across structural integrity works in Marandoo and surrounds, whilst maintaining our outstanding safety standard. Previous experience in structural integrity programs, along with sound knowledge mechanical and blast and paint works are crucial to succeed in this role. This is a Fixed Term 12-18 month contract on an 8:6 roster. We encourage First nations people and female applicants to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management and coordination of day to day execution activities on site
  • Direct management of Supervisory, Quality and HSE resources
  • Implementing, driving and monitoring Company HSE and Quality initiatives
  • Attendance to all client and internal site meetings
  • Active engagement and relationship building with client representatives
  • Act as a key leadership individual for all disciplines on site

What you’ll bring:
  • 2-5 years experience in a client facing Senior Supervision OR Superintendent role
  • A trade background, boilermaker or paint & blast is preferred
  • Experience with Rio Tinto policies and procedures
  • Dedication to upholding our high standards of safety and development
  • Developed interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and support to our dedicated crew
