Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Shutdown Coordinator to support our Coastal & West Pilbara operations. The successful candidate will oversee and manage several shutdowns, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to highest standards of quality and safety. The Shutdown Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of shutdowns associated with out project across Paraburdoo, Marandoo and Western Turner. You will see yourself working on both shutdown and scheduled work, in a Permanent/Full Time position. We encourage First nations people and female applicants to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Upholding our core value of The Safe Way Is The Only Way
  • Developing relationships between client, maintenance and shutdown teams
  • Assisting in the development of shut schedules
  • Attending all required pre- during and post shut down meetings
  • Adhering to all client shutdown gates the inclusion of work scopes
  • Effectively managing rostered and ad-hoc employees to successfully resource shutdowns
  • Liaising with client and company personnel to maintain business prospects
What you’ll bring:
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role, similarly as a Superintendent or Construction Manager
  • A Trade background
  • Previous Rio Tinto experience
  • Strong knowledge of Structural Integrity and Maintenance projects
  • Sound interpersonal and leadership skills
  • A dedication to upholding our high value of safety and development
