We’re recruiting a Senior Turnaround Planner to join our offshore Energy team in Perth. Based in our client's office in the Perth CBD this position is a key focal point in the overall coordination of Turnaround planning and execution, with occasional pre turnaround offshore travel, and offshore attendance requirement during the Turnaround event.

Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with various stakeholder teams to develop a seamless integrated schedule to enable the safe, efficient and reliable execution of all Turnaround activities
Managing and making necessary adjustments to planning priorities as required
Provide look ahead schedules
Manage the inputs to set up and maintain Progress Reports
Maintain and continuously improve job plans and task lists
Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

What you’ll bring:

Minimum 5 + years similar industry experience as a Planner ideally offshore/onshore experience within oil & gas/LNG/petrochemical operational environments
Proven extensive experience and/or training in SAP, Primavera P6 and/or other CMMS Systems
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate across all levels
Managing and making necessary adjustments to planning priorities as required
