Description & Requirements

Are you a hands-on Senior Scheduler with a strong mechanical trade background and experience in high-volume Rotating and Static Equipment Inspection and Repair campaigns? We’re looking for someone with a proactive mindset to join a supportive, steady team working on major projects across WA and the NT.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, build and manage campaign schedules in P6
Provide site support and progress updates during execution
Coordinate with execution teams and site schedulers to meet tight timeframes
Schedule reviews and adapt plans as needed to support delivery
Train and assist junior staff in planning processes, SAP training, and answering client queries

What you’ll bring:

Proof of right to work in Australia
Technical trade or engineering diploma in Mechanical
Validated experience and/or training in SAP, additional experience in P6 will also be highly regarded
Experienced in campaign execution across rotating and fixed equipment in the resource industry
Comfortable supporting Mech and E&I teams in statutory inspections for gas turbines, vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, steam turbines, pumps, and compressors
Strong in rotating equipment maintenance, with combined-cycle power station experience (outside of process plants)
